Thong Lo is known to be trendy, chic and arty. Of note is that between Thong Lo and Phrom Phong on Soi 49 is Rain Hill Plaza. There’s a lot of Japanese food here but there is also all manner of high end fusion restaurants, coffee shops, fashion retailers and pubs/bars.
